Prohibited Use

You may not use x402sms numbers or the API for:

• Fraud and theft — account takeover, credential stuffing, scam operations, financial fraud, or bypassing security controls of third-party services
• Spam and abuse — mass account creation for spam, astroturfing, ban evasion, or manipulation of platform ratings
• Illegal activity — anything unlawful in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of the number's country
• Attacking our service — exploiting the payment flow, draining inventory without intent to use it, probing other customers' activations, or circumventing rate limits
• Resale — reselling access to our API without written permission

Enforcement

Violations may result in blocking of the offending client without notice. Because payment settles only on delivery, blocked clients simply lose access — no unsettled funds are ever taken. Suspected unlawful use may be reported to relevant authorities.
